Michael O'Flannigan is a San Francisco attorney with a proven track record in general litigation and appellate practice.  He has appeared before both state and federal courts and is experienced with motions, writs, discovery, petitions, appellate briefing, and oral argument.  Before entering private practice, Michael served as a law clerk in Federal District Court and at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
